Stage 4.  Email Processing

• Automatic gmail spam filter - US$30 per setup. One hour training session (by phone or remote access or on site) included. Minimial maintainance (about once a month to 'train' the filters). It screens out about 95% of spams. Good for both small and large size ecommerce setups.
• Ticket Support System developed by Cerberus. Suitable for larger ecommerce setup (has over 100 inbounce emails daily). It filters spams with a class of features, and works as a triage automatically grouping emails to user groups such as sales, technical support, investor relationship... etc. Each group is created as per user's specifications. US$100 per setup. Software license fee (US$49 monthly) be paid by customer to Cerberus directly.
