This kind of model is adopted mainly for financial reason, which the property owner does not need to put up a large amount of money upfront [Wikipedia].
In allQoo our BOT approach not only help business owner pay less upfront, it also make sure the web site is built with functionality closely relevant to the business, and not making a burden to its staff.
How can we do this? The magic is on the “O”, the OPERATE. allQoo will operate a web site for its client, selling their products and/or service, and make a commission out of it. In order to sell good and fast we have to fine-tuning the web site to fit-in existing business process the best possible. After a certain time when a few pre-set milestones are met, the web site will be transfered back to the client.
